Contract Notes

Contract Notes is a private tool used by one person to keep their own investment records up to date.

When the owner buys or sells shares, the broker emails a trade confirmation, also called a contract note. The owner forwards those confirmations to a dedicated mailbox. Contract Notes reads that mailbox with read-only access, picks out the details of each trade and adds them to the owner's personal records.

It cannot send, delete, change or forward email. It is not offered to the public, there is no sign-up, and nobody other than its owner can use it.
